I love this. You don’t have to commit to one kind of exercise. You can go from yoga to running to lifting to boxing, whatever you want.

Spring is right around the corner… And so are these abs!
Remember: eating well and eating clean(er), and working different muscle groups (while resting others), will lead to longer lasting, satisfying muscle tone.
Goal for March: work more, sweat more!
1. Run 10 miles each week
2. Yoga stretches + flexibility
3. Keep up with all body strength training
